Very Inapproiate!

It would appear that the Apple company has no standards if they allow this filth to be in their App Store. As a parent Im disappointed in Apple. The game is fine except for the part you have to punch the Dr., which displays a gory animation that is not suitable for a young audience or any audience for that matter. Shame on you Apple!
